Premier's Carbon fiber fabric

Aramid fabric is a textile material woven fromaramid fibers, a class of synthetic polymersknown for their exceptional strength, heatresistance, and durability. The termaramid" is derived from *aromaticpolyamide* referring to its molecularstructure of rigid aromatic (benzene ring)groups linked by amide bonds.

Advantage: Firstly, corrosion resistance, long life.

Secondly, high strength, low density. The strength of the prepreg can reach 6-12 times that of steel, and the density is only one-fourth of that of steel.

Thirdly, good plasticity. The prepreg can be made into any shape according to the mold shape, which is easy to form and easy to process.

Basic info:

Aramid fiber prepreg cloth is a resin based aramid fiber reinforced composite material made of epoxy resin glue and aramid fiber (Kevlar) through hot melting, coating, hot pressing, cooling, laminating, winding and other processes.

It is composed of aramid fiber yarn, epoxy resin, release paper and other materials. Aramid fiber prepreg cloth is a semi-finished product containing epoxy resin and aramid fiber and uncured. After the product is heated and cured, it can be formed.
